For Internal PSU Users

  • Ask your support staff to submit the date/time, subject, to and from addresses for the non-delivered email message to ITServiceDesk@psu.edu.

For External Users (non-PSU users)

  • Please confirm that the message you received is not “phishy.” For more information on phishing, see phishing.psu.edu
  • Please confirm that your mail server is not listed on any spam databases. For more information, please see http://www.dnsbl.info/
  • If you believe that the message was rejected in error, please submit the date/time, subject, to and from addresses for the non-delivered email message to ITServiceDesk@psu.edu.
