Penn State was recently the subject of a job scam and phishing campaign. Two different messages were sent with different subjects, but both were malicious.
Exciting News! is a job scam impersonating Penn State faculty. Do not correspond with the supposed sponsor; if you have already done so, do not perform any work or take any payment for the alleged work. Rescheduled Timetable is a fake Microsoft login page attempting to steal your Penn State credentials. Do not give your information away; if you have already done so, change your Penn State password immediately.
